Two-stage verified audits

What the venue claims. What the inspector found. Both published.

Owners record video evidence and rate themselves. An independent auditor then scores the same venue without ever seeing those ratings. The gap between the two becomes a public trust score.

Watch first

The whole system in sixty seconds

Owner films the evidence. The state verifies it. An independent auditor scores the venue blind. Both scores go public.

Why this exists

Every self-declared rating has the same problem: no one checks.

Review stars measure ambience. Inspection reports sit in filing cabinets. A venue can claim five-star hygiene with a dirty kitchen and pay no price for the gap. FScertify Audit closes that gap with a simple, brutal mechanism: the owner makes a claim, an auditor who never saw that claim tests it, and both numbers go public side by side.

Honest venues earn a verifiable, permanent trust record.

Inflated claims are caught by the alignment engine and flagged for investigation.

Auditors who rubber-stamp are detected by their own alignment patterns.

Scope

One framework. Two industries. Sixteen categories of scrutiny.

Every venue is graded against a fixed, public checklist — weighted categories broken into yes/no checkpoints, so a score of 7.5 means the same thing everywhere.

Method

Four steps from claim to public verdict

A restaurant owner filming their kitchen on a phone
Stage 1 — the owner records GPS-tagged video evidence
An auditor inspecting a hotel room with a checklist
Stage 2 — an independent auditor scores the venue on site
Stage 1

Owner self-assessment

The owner records a GPS-tagged, timestamped video for each category, rates their own performance honestly, and certifies the submission under penalty of delisting.

  • Video evidence per category
  • Self-rating with confidence score
  • Certified declaration
State desk

Government verification

The state admin desk reviews every video clip and approves the submission. Only then is an independent auditor assigned — with a deadline.

  • Every clip reviewed
  • Approval gates auditor assignment
  • Venue approval is a separate decision
Stage 2

Blind independent audit

The auditor sees the venue and the checkpoint list — never the owner's ratings. Each checkpoint is scored yes/no and evidence photos are captured on-site.

  • Owner ratings fully hidden
  • Checkpoint-level scoring
  • Photo evidence required
Alignment

The trust score

Both scores are compared category by category. Small gaps build trust. Large gaps trigger an investigation — and everything is published for the public to see.

  • Category-by-category gap analysis
  • Low alignment = automatic flag
  • Both scores always public

Why it matters

What changes when honesty becomes measurable

A family reading a hygiene grade certificate on a cafe window before going in

Ends information asymmetry

Today a diner knows nothing about the kitchen behind the wall. FScertify makes hygiene a public, comparable number — like a credit score for cleanliness.

Rewards honest businesses

Clean venues currently subsidise dirty ones by competing blind. Published trust scores let hygiene become a marketing asset, not a hidden cost.

Scales public-health inspection

No government can inspect every venue every month. Owner evidence plus targeted blind audits multiplies inspector coverage without multiplying headcount.

A model any region can adopt

The two-stage method — self-claim, blind verification, published gap — works for restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, anywhere trust must be proven.
